Easy Chickpea salad
I was inspired to make this salad when I spotted an incredibly HUGE can of chickpeas at our local wholesale club this summer. This salad is satiating with its ample portions of protein and fiber. It is fresh, simple to make, and great as a lunch or side. Enjoy!

  1. Drain and rinse your chickpeas.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well.
  3. Cover salad and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
