Ingredients
- 1 2.84L can chickpeas *100 fl oz
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro rinsed & chopped
- 1/4 red onion peeled & diced
- 1 red pepper diced
- 1/3 cup cold pressed olive oil
- 1 whole lemon juiced
- 2 whole limes juiced
- 1 roma tomato diced
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Drain and rinse your chickpeas.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well.
- Cover salad and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
