Banana-berry Green Smoothie
It’s time for a green smoothie recipe! These raw-licious drinks are easy to digest but also give you lots of energy and a boost of vitamins and minerals – FAST! I use smoothies as a meal mostly in the mornings to break-fast, otherwise they can be a great meal-on-the-go anytime of day! The bonus about these delectable drinks?? They go over great with kids because they don’t taste as green as they look – and that’s what really makes this drink a winner!

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

Simple swaps for this recipe are spinach or any power greens mix in place of kale, and flax in place of chia seed. You can also vary up your phytonutrient intake by swapping out the raspberries for another berry or berry mix!
